11 Days Magical Bhutan is a tour to the heartland of the Drukpa people and exploring the magical region of saints and treasure-seekers of Bhutan. Western Bhutan is the heartland of the Drukpa people, it has some of the oldest and most spectacular dzongs. Whereas Central Bhutan is believed to be the first part of Bhutan to have been inhabited, with evidence of prehistoric settlements – there is great variety of people, architecture and scenery to be explored.

Highlight of this tour is visiting the famous Taktsang Monastery which is one of the most important pilgrimage sites for Buddhists. The view of Taktsang Monastery built in the cliff is an amazing sight. Then it takes you to Phobjikha Valley, a broad glacial valley on the flanks of the Black Mountains, Phobjikha with its gentle slope is a place of astonishing beauty described as the most beautiful valley in the most beautiful country of the Himalayas. This valley is also a home for rare and beautiful black-necked cranes. Bumthang is another great site that we will be travelling during our Magical Bhutan tour. It is a magical region of saints and treasure-seekers, great demon-subduing struggles and fabulous miracles, rich with relics from the visits of Guru Rinpoche and Pema Lingma.
